Our Drivers

One of the most important elements of a successful bus company is the staff.

Always well presented, Bayside’s drivers wear their uniform proudly. Most are qualified in defensive driving, basic mechanics and client relations, as well as commentary, should your group require any information on the destination or route being taken.

Our vehicles

Across the board our vehicles are meticulously maintained to ensure maximum passenger comfort and safety. All our vehicles are fitted with PA systems and cloth trim seats, and clients may choose from a fleet of vehicles ranging in size from 19 — 57 seats. Additionally, we offer a range of optional services on our buses including TV/Video, toilets, seat belts, reclining seats and air conditioning.

Just under half Bayside Coaches’ vehicles are Volvo with Scania, Mercedes Benz and Denning making up the remainder of the fleet. Consistent with the quality of vehicles, all our larger buses offer generous storage space for those travelling with luggage or equipment.

As part of our commitment to quality service, Bayside Coaches has installed high-tech communication systems in all vehicles. The fleet is fitted with a sophisticated Telstra Fleetcoms 2-Way system to ensure communication between management and vehicles at all times.

Bayside Coaches is a fully accredited bus operator and adheres to the Department of Infrastructure guidelines of accreditation. Our accreditation number is AO 000851.
